Product Care
Each product made by FJA Crafts is very unique and requires certain care measures. Due to the handmade process, extra attention to detail is necessary to preserve the longevity of each item.
Phone Cases
- Phone case will eventually yellow due to the nature of the material used to make the case. To prevent this:
- Keep away from direct sunlight or other light exposure
- Avoid extreme climate conditions, such as high temperatures and high humidity
- To clean your case, use soap and water or a disinfectant wipe.
- Do not bend case, as it will break!
Phone Charms
- This is not to be used as a wristlet.
- Bearing the weight of your cell phone may cause the charm to break or come apart.
- It is meant as a decoration for your phone accessory.
- Alcohol or a disinfectant wipe to clean charms if they become dirty.
- Immediately dry with cloth afterwards
Keyrings
- Gold hardware will eventually fade. To avoid this:
- Avoid exposure to water or other fluids
- Keep away from direct sunlight or other light exposure to prevent yellowing
- Alcohol or a disinfectant wipe to clean charms if they become dirty.
- Immediately dry with cloth afterwards
Jewelry
- Stainless steel only pieces: may be cleaned with a mild soap and warm water if needed
- Stainless steel hardware includes: extender chain, lobster clasp, jump rings, wiring
- Can be exposed to liquids
- Pieces featuring other metals (such as zinc alloy) should not be exposed to water or other liquids as it will cause the metal to change colors
- Most charms featured on our jewelry are made of zinc alloy
- A jewelry polishing cloth may be used to clean items as well
- Please do not tug on jewelry as this may cause it to loosen and lower its durability
- Pieces with glass lamp work beads should be treated with extra care. As these are made of glass, they can shatter when dropped or under heavy pressure
