Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of making any purchase. If it is outside of business hours, this two hour time slot will apply during business hours starting at 8 A.M. E.S.T. the next day.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
